【摘要】 对某压缩机螺栓联接结构作了有限元模型简化及接触有限元模拟计算,结果表明螺母接触面受挤压,近似呈线性分布。以θ=0作为边界条件,螺栓应力的解析解与有限元结果作了比较,数值较接近,说明用解析法计算螺栓的应力分布有较好的精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The simplized finite element model and contact analysis for bolt structure was introduced in this paper ,the result indicate that the nut contact surface was pressed,and it’s stress contribution shows linear.Regarding θ=0 as boundery condition and comparing the mathmatics value and the finite elements imitation calculation result,we can find the less difference between the them,and bolt stress value can be gotten by mechanics formula.更多还原
