船用卧式压缩机气缸安装余隙设计应计入运行环境因素的影响

【摘要】 为了确保船舶在波浪中航行时卧式压缩机气缸运行余隙始终能维持在合适范围内,在研究影响船用卧式压缩机气缸运行余隙因素的基础上,计入了船体弯曲变形及压缩机转动副的磨损等运行环境因素对余隙的影响。提出确保船用卧式压缩机具备合适余隙的有效措施。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure that the cylinder running clearance of a marine horizontal compresosr always keeps in the reasonable range during the ship navigating on the waves,on the basis of deeper researches on factors influencing the cylinder running clearance of the marine horizontal compressors,the authors of the article have included the effect of the movement environment factors such as the ship longitudinal bending deformation and the rotation pairs abrasion of the compressor on the remaining clearance.The article has put forward effective measures which can make the cylinder of the marine horizontal compressor have the reasonable remaining clearance.
