粉末冶金发泡法制备泡沫铝工艺研究
Study on Fabrication of Foamed Aluminum by Powder Metallurgy Foaming
【摘要】 泡沫金属是近年来发展起来的一种新型结构功能材料。采用粉末冶金发泡法制备出孔隙率为45%-85%、平均孔径<5mm的多孔泡沫铝合金试样,并用极差分析法讨论了发泡温度、保温时间和发泡剂的状态对泡沫铝合金的孔隙率的影响,得到了最佳制备工艺条件。
【Abstract】 Foamed metal is a new functional and structural material developed in recent years.The specimens of foamed aluminum with average pore diameter being<5mm and porosity from 45% to 85% are fabricated by the powder metallurgy foaming method.The effect of foaming temperature,holding time and state of vesicant on the porosity of foamed aluminum alloy is discussed through limit difference analysis,and the optimum technical parameters are obtained.
