【摘要】 目的观察白内障冷冻囊内摘除术后二期人工晶状体植入疗效。方法对134例134眼白内障冷冻囊内摘除术后无晶状体眼随机分为两组,第一组弹性开放襻前房型人工晶状体植入组共70眼;第二组为后房型人工晶状体缝线固定组共66眼。结果两组病例术后矫正视力均达到术前矫正视力或超过,矫正视力0.5以上超过60%,两组病例视力差异无明显统计学意义。结论白内障囊内摘除术无晶状体眼两种类型人工晶状体二期植入均具有良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the effects of two types of intraocular lens implantation after cryo-phake.Methods After cryo-phake aphakic eye patients(134 eyes in 134 cases)were randomized into two groups.The first group:the open haptic elastic anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed on 70 cases,The second group:ciliary sulcus suture fixation posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed on 66 eyes.Results All eyes in the two groups hnd a corrected visual acuity equal to or better than that before operation,corrected visual acuity was 0.5 or better in>60% of all the eyes,so there was no statistical significance between them.Conclusion After cryo-phake two types of intraocular lens implantation both have a good effect.更多还原
