碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对失神经后面肌萎缩的防治作用
bFGF Used to Prevent the Atrophy in the Deinnervated Facial Muscle
【摘要】 目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)对面肌萎缩的防治作用。方法 28只新西兰大白兔,其中4只为正常组。手术切断24只家兔左侧面神经,造成面肌失神经支配,术后随机分6组,每组4只,其中3组为实验组,向左鼻唇提肌内注入0.1ml的bFGF,每wk1次,共注射5次,另3组为对照组不注射药物。动物分批结束实验,取肌组织做常规病理检查及计算机图象分析。结果光镜下失神经90d内家兔面肌出现迅速严重的肌萎缩,与正常组相比较,各对照组肌纤维横截面积和短径明明显减小(P<0.05),bFGF各组与正常组之间未见统计学差异。结论失神经后靶肌注射bFGF有防治面肌萎缩的作用。
【Abstract】 Purpose To assess the preventive effect of bFGF on the deinnervated facial muscle atrophy.Methods Vertical segments of the left facial nerve were cut in 24 New Zealand white rabbits, which were radomly assigned to 6 groups after surgery, and the other 4 rabbits were allocated to normal group. In the test groups, bFGF was in jected directly into the left nasal labial elevator muscle immediately after surgery, while no drug was injected into the control groups. The results of the test were evaluated 30,60 and 90 days after nerve transection. HE histological examination of the nasal labial elevator muscle and computer imaging analysis were used to investigate the atrophy. Results In the control groups, serious muscle atrophy was induced by surgery within 90 days after transection, while slight atrophy in the bFGF groups. There are statistic differences in area and diameter of myofibril between the control groups and normal group, No significant difference were found between the bFGF groups and normal group. Conclusion Atrophy was able to be partly prevented by bFGF target muscle injection in the deinnervated facial muscle.
