悬浮共聚合法制备核壳结构的墨粉(英文)
Preparation and Characterization of Styrene/Butylacrylate Encapsulation Droplets Containing Fe 3O 4 Particles
【摘要】 分别用微乳液聚合法和悬浮聚合法合成了具有以 Fe3O4 微粉为核的核壳结构的墨粉微粒。探索了 Fe3O4 的颗粒大小以及两种不同的聚合方法对墨粉形貌的影响;采用SEM、粒度分析仪对核壳结构的墨粉形态进行了表征。结果表明,微乳液聚合法制备的核壳结构的墨粉在粒度分布以及粒子形貌方面基本达到了商用墨粉的要求。而悬浮聚合得到的是粒径分布很宽的不规则颗粒。
【Abstract】 Encapsulation droplets containing Fe 3O 4 particles, which is the predecessor of toner, are obtained by suspension and miniemulsion copolymerization. Influences of size of Fe 3O 4 and effects of different ways of polymerization on the micro-appearance have been discussed. Characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and particle-size analyzer, the results of the encapsulation droplets containing Fe3O4 particles show that the one prepared by miniemulsion copolymerization meets basically the need to be the predecessor of toner of commercial uses in terms of the particle morphology and the particle size distribution, while the one prepared via suspension copolymerization has a wide distribution of particle size and irregularly micro-appearance.
