【摘要】 介绍了一种用于智能型水表的水密性检测仪。针对智能型水表长期使用时水密性不佳,造成电路控制与电动磁阀部分出现腐蚀生锈的现象,并由此导致水表出现测量差错、电路失效、关阀不严、使用寿命大大缩短等问题,提出了一种用在生产和质检环节的水密性检测技术方案,采用高精度、高灵敏度、小量程的差压传感器将压差转化为电信号,经以MICROCHIP公司的PIC系列MCU为核心的软硬件系统处理,在显示部分输出压差值,并能在不合格和出错时以蜂鸣声或指示灯报警。更多还原

【Abstract】 It introduces a test apparatus that is used to check the hermetic capability of intellectualized water meter. With the using of a specified duration, the controlling circuitry and electromagnetism valve can get rusty, which causes the test mistakes, invalidation of circuitry and obturationless of closing valve. A kind of test apparatus of hermetic capability used in production and quality control is proposed. The system based on the PIC MCU of MICROCHIP can do with the electrical signal gotted by high precision and senitiveness pressure sensor.
