磁致伸缩位移传感器信号处理电路的研究与实现
Research on Signal Processing Circuit for Magnetostrictive Displacement Sensor
【摘要】 介绍磁致伸缩传感器的工作原理及实现机制:此传感器利用磁致伸缩效应,根据发射端的激励脉冲电流,产生脉冲磁场,设计发射脉冲与回波信号的时间差计算活动磁铁的位置。设计并实现了激励脉冲发射电路、滤波、信号放大、电压比较、检波等信号处理电路。由于磁致伸缩材质和扭转波的传播特性,以及电子测量电路对于精确测时功能的实现,使得该传感器同时具有精度高、测量大位移、寿命长、安装简便,适用范围广等优点。
【Abstract】 The principle and the mechanism of the magnetostrictive displacement sensor are introduced. This kind of sensor depends on the magnetostrictive principle, and it depends on the interrogation pulses, which lie on the transmitting side to produce the magnetic pulses. It can accurately measure the position by the time interval between the interrogation pulse and the echo pulse. The interrogation pulse, filter, signal amplifier, voltage comparator and the signal processing circuits are designed and realized. Magnetostrictive displacement sensor developed with this technique has a much better precision, long displacement, longer life-span, and it is more convenient to install.
