金属断口表面定量测量与三维重建
Quantitative Measurement and Three-dimensional Topography Reconstruction of Metallic Fracture Surfaces
【摘要】 利用图像处理和计算机立体视觉的研究成果,在微机上建立了一套扫描电镜立体对图像的自动处理和三维重建系统。利用SEM立体对重建原理和特点在系统中实现了一种基于特征约束的立体匹配方法,具有较高的匹配效率和精度,经检测,该系统所测得的表面最大相对深度值与实际值基本吻合,文中还应用该系统对一些典型的断裂表面进行了三维重建。
【Abstract】 Based on the image processing and computer vision, a system of SEM three-dimensional surface measurement and reconstruction has been established on personal computer. By using of reconstruction principle and characteristic of SEM stereo pairs, a feature-constrained stereo matching algorithm is presented. The results of the algorithm are proved to be with high efficiency and good precision. The max relative depth value measured and the actual value coincide basically. The reconstruction of the representative fracture surface directly is carried out on the system.
