新型下料机的振动测控

【摘要】 新型下料机是利用变频振动实现低应力下料的,针对需要建立振动的有效测控系统的问题。在分析了下料系统原理的基础上,构建了振动测控系统的硬件结构。利用VisualBasic编制了振动监测软件,配合MATLAB等,对实际系统振动进行了采样、分析,给出了防止振幅过大的解决方案。采用VisualC++编制了为变频器提供控制曲线的编辑器。该项工作为进一步研究新型下料机振动测控规律奠定了坚实基础。

【Abstract】 A new type of precision cropping machine utilizes variant frequency vibration to crop bar precisely with low stress, an system of measure and control of vibration in the machine is necessary. Based on the analysis of the principle of the cropping machine, the system hardware of measure and control was built up, and the software program of the measure and control of vibration was developed with Visual Basic, and the vibration of the machine is analyzed with MATLAB, a method for preventing excessive amplitude was given. The editor of control curve, which is designed for frequency changer, was developed with Visual C_~++ . The interface is user friendly. The system obviously improves the precision and the control performance for cropping bar.
