激光烧结成型用复合尼龙粉末的制备及性能测试

【摘要】 介绍了尼龙粉末材料的激光烧结成型技术研究现状,研制开发了一种适用于激光烧结快速成型的复合尼龙粉末材料(CPP1),并对其主要性能进行了测试;在优化的工艺实验条件下,制作了激光烧结成型尼龙件,进行了力学性能测试,其强度接近国外同类产品水平,韧性高于国外水平,可以满足新产品开发的要求。

【Abstract】 The laser sintering technology of composite-nylon powder is introduced.A type of composite-nylon powder has been developed,which is suitable for the laser sintering technology.The major properties of composite-nylon were tested.The laser sintered parts were fabricated under the condition of optimum process,the mechanical properties of sintered part have been measured,with the strength near the level of abroad products,and the ductility higher than the abroad products,which can be satisfied for the new product development.
