【Abstract】 It is apparent that manufacturing equipment controllers are facing great demanding and challenges from several new visions, old-fashioned solution can hardly satisfy customers anymore. New solutions based on ARM SOC and RTOS are more powerful and flexible for control engineers when applied to design manufacturing equipment controllers, such a solution is presented, also it is compared with old-fashioned solution.更多还原
