监测区域性流速分布的激光散斑成像系统
Laser Speckle Imaging System of Monitoring Regional Velocity Distribution
【摘要】 建立了一套激光散斑成像系统 ,对该成像系统的性能参数进行了分析 ,并利用该系统对区域性的流速分布进行监测 ,结果表明 ,该系统能在不需扫描的情况下对区域性的流速分布进行有效监测 ,具有较高的时间分辨率 (2 5 m s)和空间分辨率(取决于系统的放大倍数 ,可达几个 μm) ,对较慢的速度变化敏感。该系统为监测区域性流速分布提供了一种高时—空分辨率的实时动态手段
【Abstract】 A laser speckle imaging system was developed, the capability of the system was analyzed and the regional velocity distribution was investigated. The results showed that this system, which could monitor the fullfield velocity distribution effectively without scan with high temporal (25ms) and spatial resolution (dependingon the magnification, can be several μm), was suitable for the measure of the velocity change within slow velocity range, thus providing a real-time approach of monitoring the regional velocity distribution with high spatio-temporal resolution.
