远距离处固体面内位移测量的研究
Study on In-plane Displacement Measurement of Remote Object
【摘要】 为了利用激光多普勒效应实现远距离处固体面内位移测量 ,研究了激光多普勒差动方法和锁相放大、同态滤波等技术 ,设计出能获得大的多普勒信号强度的差动光路 ,高灵敏度、大 Q值的锁相放大器和能重构丢失信号的同态滤波器等。实验结果证明将由它们所组成的系统用于 5 0 m处固体的面内位移测量 ,效果令人满意 ,其相对误差约 1%。
【Abstract】 To achieve in-plane displacement measurement of remote object utilizing laser Doppler effect,the laser Doppler differential method,lock-in amplifier,homomorphic filter are studied and the differential optical system which can get Doppler signals with high intensities,the lock-in amplifier with high sensitivity and big Q, the homomorphic filter which can re-construct lost signals are designed.The experiments prove that the results are satisfied when the system is applied to the in-plane displacement measurement of object in distance of 50m,and the relative error is 1%.
