中药川芎HPLC指纹图谱分析方法的研究
Studies on the fingerprint of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort by HPLC
【摘要】 目的建立川芎药材的指纹图谱的分析方法。方法采用HPLC/UV方法测定川芎药材提取物的指纹图谱,并对10批不同来源的川芎进行了比较。结果确定了川芎药材指纹图谱的高效液相分析条件,建立了川芎指纹图谱。结论HPLC指纹图谱分析方法可简便鉴别不同来源的川芎药材。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for identification of the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Methods The HPLC/UV assay was used to determine the fingerprint of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and it was compared with the HPLC chromatography of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort in 10 lots samples come from different place. Result The conditions for HPLC and the characteristic fingerprint chromatography of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort were established. Conclusion The method can be used to identify conveniently for Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
