减小大爆破对边坡稳定性影响的技术措施
Technical Measures on Harm Decrease of Slope Stability in Chamber Blasting
【摘要】 在理论结合工程实践的基础上 ,分析影响大爆破边坡稳定性的因素 ,从爆破设计和施工两方面出发 ,提出了减小大爆破对边坡稳定性影响的技术措施 :改变爆破作用的方向 ;减小最高边坡处的爆破作用力 ;采用分集药包群代替抛掷药包群爆破 ;控制单次起爆最大药量 ;开挖台阶控制裂缝的发展 ;用范围槽控制边坡外爆震裂缝的产生 ;用预裂爆破法控制边坡。
【Abstract】 Based on the combination of theory and engineering practice, the influencing factors on slope stability in chamber blasting are analyzed, and the technical measures on safeguarding slope stability in chamber blasting are given from aspects of blasting design and construction, that are direction change of blasting effect, power reduction of blasting on the pot of high slope, adoption of muster charge instead of disperse charge, control of maximum dosage for batch blasting, forbidding crack developing with excavating step, avoidance of crack formation outside the slope by use of range groove, slope control with pre-blasting.
