【摘要】 目的 :为研究和开发蓼科蓼属植物水蓼polygonumhydropiperL .提供理论依据。方法 :采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微和理化鉴定的方法作系统的生药学研究。结果 :证明其主要化学成分为挥发油、黄酮类、酚类和鞣质等。其茎组织特征维管束约 30个 ,环状排列 ,髓部宽广 ,细胞中含有蓝紫色色素块 ,可见大型草酸钙簇晶。结论 :为制定药材质量标准、研究和开发利用该药资源提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide the basis for development and utilization of Polygonum hydropiper L.Methods:To study its source,shapes properties,microscopic and physiochemical characteristics used in pharmacognostic identification.Results:The study have proved its main components was volatile oils,flavonoids,phenols and tannins,and its tissue properties were that there were 30 vascular bundles,they were arrayed ringed and pith is very wide,their cells deposit blue-purple coloring matters and a few big calcium oxalate solitary crystal in stem.Conclusion:Polygonum hydropiper L. is worth further studying and developing.更多还原
