【摘要】 目的 :研究滋肾清肝颗粒对高催乳素血症的治疗作用。方法 :用胃复安和已烯雌酚分别造成高催乳素血症小鼠和大鼠模型 ,观察滋肾清肝颗粒对血中催乳素、孕酮和黄体生成素的影响。结果 :滋肾清肝颗粒可以显著降低高催乳素血症动物模型血中催乳素和孕酮含量 ,升高黄体生成素含量。结论 :滋肾清肝颗粒具有治疗高催乳素血症的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of treating hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) with Zishen Qinggan Keli.Methods:the HPRL mice model induced by metoclopramide and the HPRL rat model induced by diethylstilbestrol have been made to observe the effects of Zishen Qinggan Keli on PRL,LH,and P level in blood of animal model.Results:Zishen Qinggan Keli could remarkably reduce the PRL and P level,and raise the LH leve.Conclusion:Zishen Qinggan Keli could treat HPRL.更多还原
