【摘要】 目的　在建立C6 Wistar胶质瘤大鼠模型的基础上 ,研究大鼠胶质瘤模型的C6胶质瘤细胞的增殖动力学。方法　应用流式细胞仪检测、PCNA免疫组化染色和核仁组织区银染三种方法 ,研究C6胶质瘤细胞的增殖动力学指标 ,并进行相关性分析。结果　 1、肿瘤细胞接种 2周后 ,肿瘤模型建立 ,HE染色见肿瘤细胞增殖活跃 ,各项增殖指标显示该肿瘤增殖活性较强。 2、AgNor面积、AgNOR计数与S期百分比和PCNA指数具有良好的相关性 ,AgNOR面积 (P <0 0 1)比AgNOR计数 (P <0 0 5 )相关性更强更多还原

【Abstract】 investigate the proliferation kinetics of C6 glioma in rat based on establishment of a C6/Wistar glioma model.Method Using flow cytometric analysis, PCNA immunohistochemistry and nucleolar organizer regions silver stain, the proliferation kinetics in C6 glioma cell were measured, and the correlations of each index were analysed.Result 1.After two weeks infusion of C6 glioma cell, the rat glioma model was established, and tumor cell proliferation activity was observed in HE stain. All indicators showed that tumor cell had strong prolifercation activity. 2. There was a correlation between AgNOR number and area, S phase fraction and PCNA index, and a stronger correlation in AgNOR area(P<0.01) than AgNOR number(P<0.05).更多还原
