流式细胞术检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者细胞粘附分子

【摘要】 目的 方法 采用流式细胞术检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (AITD)患者血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子。结果 AITD组患者血清CD4 1 + ,CD6 1 + ,CD4 4+ 和正常对照组无显著差异 ,P均 >0 0 5。CD6 2P+ ,CD6 2L+ ,CD1 1a+ CD1 8+ ,CD1 1b+ CD1 8+ ,CD54+ 均显著高于正常对照组 ,P均 <0 0 1。GD组与HT组血清细胞粘附分子无显著性差异 ,P均 >0 0 5。结论 提示血清中细胞粘附分子的升高与自身免疫过程有关 ,也可能是AITD患者甲状腺内皮细胞和成纤维母细胞活性增高的标志 ,使甲状腺细胞易受淋巴细胞介导的细胞毒作用的损伤。检测血清细胞粘附分子也可以作为AITD患者甲状腺内皮细胞活化的特殊标记 ,可以监测AITD的进展。

【Abstract】 Objective and Method To examine soluble cell adhesion molecules in serum from patients with AITD by flow cytometer.Results There were no significant differences of CD 41+,CD 61+and CD 44+between AITD patients and health people(P>0.05).The patient’s values of CD 62P+,CD 11a+/CD 18+,CD 11b+/CD 18+and CD 54+were significantly higher than the normal control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of serum cell adhesion molecules between GD group and HT group(P>0.05).The results suggested that the rise of cell adhesion molecules in serum related to the course of autoimmune.It might be the symbol of increasing activation of thyroid endothelium cell and fibroblast mother cell from patients with AITD,and the thyroid cell was easily damaged by the cell toxin arising from lymphatic cell.Conclusion Examination of serum cell adhesion molecules can be regarded as a special sign of activation of thyroid endothelium cell from patients with AITD,and the development of AITD.
