野战作训体能消耗测试仪的研制
Design of an instrument of measuring individual physical consumption in army training
【摘要】 人体运动量是训练中评价体能消耗的重要指标之一,因此,研制一种实用、便携、低功耗的人体运动量测量仪是十分必要的,本文从运动生理学的角度出发,介绍了运动量测量机理,在综合考虑传统测量方法与加速度测量方法的优缺点后,选择了后者的设计思路,并从系统总体设计、器件选择方面对单兵运动量测量系统的设计进行了论述。
【Abstract】 Exercise quantity is one of the important indexes used to evaluate physical consumption during training, so it is necessary to design a kind of instrument to accurately measure physical consuption. It must be practical, portable and with a low power consumption. This article introduces the mechanism of measuring exercise quantity. The methods of traditional and acceleration compared, the latter is selected. The design is described from the two aspects of general design and component choosing.
