【摘要】 个人急救反应系统作为老年人、残疾人独立生活的辅助工具,近来在西方国家拥有越来越多的用户。本文综述了该系统的发展历史和美国、英国、加拿大等国拓展该项业务的经验。作为医疗电子化系统工具之一的PERS,分析了其工作原理、特点和使用效益。最后,通过分析在我国开展该项工作的可能性和潜在价值,提出在我国大力开展该项工作的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being efficient to assist the aging or handicapped people when they live alone,the personal emergency response system(PERS)has owned more and more subscribers recently in western countries.In this article the brief history of PERS is introduced and its application experience in USA,UK and Canada is summarized.Its working principle and advantages as an e-health tool are analyzed.The advice is given to apply it in China according to the potential advantages and possibilities.更多还原
