【Abstract】 Taking the composition of commanding information system for forest fire prevention of Quanzhou city of Fujian province as an example, the technical system and the key techniques for designing and developing forest fire prevention commanding information system were introduced in detail. A lot of modern technology such as DBNS, GIS, RS, GPS, DSS and network were applied in the process of designing and developing.
