镉致金鱼生物标志物形成初探
Tentative Study on Formation of Biological Typochemical Element of the Goldfish Polluted by Cadmium
【摘要】 通过实验室静养金鱼的染毒试验,发现重金属Cd2+对鱼有突出的损伤作用,实验发现鱼在受到Cd2+胁迫的时候,出现反应活动异常、组织结构病变,细胞超微结构特异等显著特征,鱼体死亡率对数与受试浓度有较好的相关性,通过实验分析重金属作用于鱼体的过程、途径以及生物吸收的内在机理,有利于从理论上阐释重金属的危害。
【Abstract】 The administer test to the goldfish in lab find that cadmium has outstanding destructive effects to the goldfish. When encountering cadmium pollution in lab, the goldfish has abnormal activities, the pathological change of tissue and so on. The death rate logarithm and the test concentration have good correlation in lab. The paper analyzes the process, ways and inner mechanism of biological ingestion through heavy metal test. It can explain the hazard of heavy metal in theory.
