【摘要】 对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染KMB - 17细胞后的基因反应所克隆得到 2个未知功能新基因片段HSP - 5和HSP - 7进行了初步探讨 ,运用电子SAGE分析和组织表达分析 ,表明HSP - 5和HSP - 7基因和肿瘤组织具有一定的相关性 ,且在KMB - 17细胞刺激 2h的细胞中的表达及癌组织中表达均大于对照细胞 ,显示出HSP - 5和HSP - 7与HSVⅠ病毒刺激 ,以及肿瘤组织均有着一定的相互关系 .更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,HSP-5 and HSP-7,two new unknown function EST gene of cellular response against the specific stimulation of HSVⅠ was cloned from KMB-17 strain cDNA library established from mRNA of early gene response.SAGE analysis revealed that these two EST fragment were related with some tumor tissues,and the further Northern blot detection demonstrate that the transcripts of HSP-5 and HSP-7 was in more copies in cell line against the stimulation of HSVⅠ binding as well as in some cancer tissues.更多还原
