水稻优质米品种对黑粒病的抗性及其种子带菌量检测

【摘要】 种子带菌量检验和田间小区接种诱发病害试验的结果表明:9个拟在广东省推广的水稻优质米品种的种子均携带了病原菌的分生孢子,但带菌量与品种的田间发病程度不呈正相关。参试品种中抗性最差为新软占,其次为新雪占,其它品种的抗性差异不显著。

【Abstract】 Fungus counts carried by rice seeds were inspected and the resistance of rice varieties to black kernel was examined by artificial inoculation in plots. Seeds of all 9 rice conventional varieties with top quality to be spread in Guangdong Province carried conidia of Curvularia lunata. But fungus counts carried by seeds did not correlate with the disease severe degree. The resistance of the variety Xinruanzhan to the disease was the weakest and that of the variety Xinxuezhan was stronger than the former. Except for Xinruanzhan, the resistance of other varieties had no significant difference.
