【Abstract】 Mesophyll protoplasts isolated enzymatically from K326 and N.debneyi,N.rustica,which were treated with PEG（MW 6000）, the higher concentration of Ca²⁺ and pH, were cultured in multiple media of modified MS, NT and KM8P. And various culture methods, conditions of enzymatical isolation, combination and concentration of growth regulators were studied. Calli could be induced in this way after 4 weeks culture.更多还原
