香料烟不同晾制处理调制过程中生理活性研究
Physiological Activity of Oriental Tobacco Leaves During Different Curing Process
【摘要】 对香料烟不同晾制时间处理调制过程叶片呼吸强度、相对含水量、色素含量以及淀粉含量的变化作了研究。结果表明,各处理调制过程叶片呼吸强度、含水量呈降低趋势,不同的处理表现出类似的变化规律,说明随着调制过程的进行,叶片生理活性逐渐减弱,调制第6天以前,呼吸强度和含水量均降低较快,随晾制时间的缩短,调制过程叶片有较高的呼吸强度和含水量,叶片含水量与其生理活性有着密切的关系;叶片内淀粉主要被呼吸作用所消耗而导致其含量降低;调制过程叶片内色素发生降解,总叶绿素降解较快,到调制结束时仅为0.196mg/gDW,晾制时间越短,总叶绿素降解越慢;类胡萝卜素含量也为降低趋势,但是变化的范围不大,在调制过程中发生了波动。
【Abstract】 The physiological activity of oriental tobacco leaves in the different curing processes had been investigated in this paper. The respiration rates and the water contents decreased continuously in the curing process, and they decreased drastically during the first 6 days. The starch in the leaves hydrolyzed and might be involved in the respiratory activities. The contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid decomposed following the curing time. The carotenoid had lower rates of decomposition, which might have positive effects on the leaf quality.
