【Abstract】 Abstract: Chaoshan diet culture, as an organic component of Lingnan culture, is very famous in Guangdong, even in the whole world for its variety and extensive materials. Its formation is partly affected by historical culture, but the more important factor is the particular geographical environment. Chaoshan area, with many rivers and branches in it is close to sea, and the climate is damp and hot. A relatively closed environment with many people on limited land is another geographical feature of Chaoshan. Baiyue and Zhongyuan culture meet in such a complicate place that Chaoshan diet is formed, characterized by delicious foods with mild of flavor, soup with original savor, various snacks, Gongfu tea, abundant raw materials and plentiful condiments.更多还原
