企业战略领导能力构建探源——战略思维产生的组织学习机制

【摘要】 战略思维产生的组织学习机制可以称为战略学习机制。因此,提出了战略学习这一命题,战略学习就是战略思维产生进而形成战略并加以实施与控制的组织学习机制。战略学习决定战略领导能力,它着眼动态竞争优势。通过建立"多元化"的高层管理团队,构建学习平台,强化战略知识转化方式的动态学习机制和过程,使知识转换提升和积累演进,从而使战略领导能力不断得到强化和提升。

【Abstract】 Strategic Learning Mechanism can be interpreted as the organizational learning mechanisms originated from Strategic thinking. Hence, providing the proposition of Strategic Learning, Strategic Learning can be regarded as organizational learning mechanisms, in which strategic thinking not only creates and forms strategy, but also implements and controls the strategy. Strategic learning can be decisive to strategic leadership, and it focuses on dynamic competitive advantages. By forming a diversified senior administrative team, building up learning platforms and improving the dynamic learning mechanism and the process of strategic knowledge digest mode, we should improve the knowledge digest, accumulation and evolution in order to strengthen and upgrade strategic leadership.
