【Abstract】 Psychological health of young college teachers has an important effect on the development of the college ,even of the society. But what is true is that the importance we attach to it is not enough at all. With the assistance of SCL-90 research papers, this study shows us that 45.3% of the subjects (young college teachers )are suffering psychological trouble.There are a lot of factors that influence the psychological health of young teachers ,society,colleges as well as the teachers themselves should pay much attention to it .更多还原
