【摘要】 通 过对 利用 高 油玉 米花 粉 给C型胞 质不 育 玉米 单交 种 授粉 得 到的 子 粒 与 高油 玉 米 子 粒进 行 品 质 分析 ,发现 前者 除 淀粉 与含 油量 、蛋 白 质间 呈负 相 关(r=-0.36,r=-0.76) 、含油 量与 赖 氨 酸、能 量密 度 之 间 呈正 相 关(r=0.47,r=0.88) 、赖氨 酸 与 能 量密 度 呈 正 相关 (r=0.35) ,含 油量 与 蛋 白 质间 ,淀粉 、蛋 白质 与 赖 氨 酸、能 量 密 度 之 间 相 关 系 数 未 外达到 5%显著 水 平 ,含 油 量(3.96%～8.47%) 提 高 1%,淀 粉 含 量 减 少 0.57%,赖 氨 酸 增 加 0.008%,能 量 密 度 每 100g每增加 27.42kJ;而后 者除 淀 粉与 能量 密 度相 关不 显 著外 ,其 它营 养成 分 之间 相关 关 系 均 达到 极 显 著 水平 ,其中 含 油 量与蛋 白质 、 赖氨 酸、 能量 密 度呈 正相 关(r=0.83r=0.95r=0.70)淀粉 与含 油 量、 蛋白 质 和赖 氨酸 呈 负相 关(r=-0.87,r=-0.78,r=-0.84) ,赖氨 酸 和蛋 白质 、能 量 密度 呈正 相关(r=0.85,r=0.66) 油量(7.18%～14.09%) 高 1%,淀 粉含 量 。含 每提减 少 1.74%,蛋 白 质 含 量 增 加 0.36%,赖 氨 酸 含 量 增 加 0.0164%,能 量 密 度 100g 增 加 16.83kJ。 高 油 玉 米 (含 油 量7.1%～16.09%) 规 玉米( 量 3.71%更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on quality analysis of kernels of C-type cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)regular single-cross hybrids pollinated by high-oil pollinators and those of high-oil maize,among the former,correlation coefficients were not significant among nutrition constitution except those:r oil,starch =-0.36,r starch,protein =-0.76r oil,lysine =0.47,r oil,energy density =0.88,r lysine,energy density =0.35,with oil content(3.96%～8.47%)increasing1%,the starch content decreased1.74%,the ly-sine content improved0.008%,and energy density increased27.42kJ per100g.As the latter,except that between starch(s)and energy density(e),those among oil content(o),starch,protein(p),lysine(l)and energy density were signif-icant :r o,p =0.83;r o,l =0.95;r o,e =0.70,r s,o =-0.87;r s,p =-0.78;r s,l =-0.84;r p,l =0.85,which showed that with oil content (7.18%～14.09%)increasing1%,the protein and lysine content were also improved0.36%and0.0164%,the starch content decreased1.74%,and energy density increased16.83kJ per100g.Finally,xenia effects of oil con-tent,starch content,protein and lysine were estimated:0.37,-0.27,0.27and0.24.更多还原
