【Abstract】 A method of DNA rapid extraction from single kernel and leaf of maize was developed in this paper.Agrosegel detection revealed that the main band of the DNA extracted by the rapid method is clear and no degraded,indicating that it can be used in SSR marker analysis.With adoption of SSR mark technology,the DNA extraction method can be effectively employed in seed purity analysis and marker aided breeding activity.更多还原
