【摘要】 起源于古希腊的民主,发展到今天,有两种基本的实现形式:直接民主和间接民主。但在学术界,这两种民主实现形式的拥护者却一直处于纷争状态之中,各自的拥护者都为自己认可的民主实现形式作了充分的可行性论证,同时又指出了对方的缺点和不足之处。我国民主的实现形式又应当是怎样的呢?本文通过比较分析两种不同的民主实现形式的优缺点之后,对我国民主的未来走向作了论述,认为我国民主的实现,不能照搬别国经验,只能根据我国实际,实行人民代表大会制度和村民自治相结合的民主制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Originated from the ancient Grecce, democracy shows two forms in its re-alization: direct democracy and indirect democracy. In the academic field, there is alwaysdispute among supporters of the two forms, each presenting their owil idea of feasibility,and pointing out the shortcomings of their opponents. As far as democracy in China isconcerned, this thesis analyscs the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms and fo-cuses on its developing trend in the future. The author holds that for China the best wayis to combine the system of people’s congress with that of the villagers’ autonomy.更多还原
