【摘要】 在医学工程(MedicalEngineering)管理中,运用对医疗设备建立档案的方法,对医院的所有仪器设备的各种技术指标进行汇总统计分析,为购置、保养与维修及报废淘汰的决策提供依据,以便杜绝购置工作中的盲目性和重复性,使用中设备功能的闲置和消耗材料的浪费,保养维修工作中的随意性和依赖性,调剂和报废工作中国有资产的流失和虚增,从而提高医疗设备的完好率、使用率,降低医院的运行成本,创造出更高的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the medical engineering management,establishing medical archives for medical equipments,collecting,clasˉsifying,calculating and analyzing various technical indexes for all the medical instruments,we can provide reliance on the decision of purchasing,maintaining,reparing and scrapping.So that we can curb blindness and repetition in purchasing,refraining,idling the functions of the equipments and wasting the consumption materials and avoid the drain of state-owned wealth and false increasement in scrapping.Therefore,we have more possibilities to raise the application rate of the medical equipments and instruments,reduce the operation cost of the hospital and then produce higher economic profits and better social benefits.更多还原
