【摘要】 目的提高乳腺疾病的诊断水平。材料与方法本组180例均为女性 ,年龄17岁至73岁 ,均应用国产BM -2B型高频钼靶乳腺X线机摄取乳房侧斜位(M、L、O)和轴位(C、C)照片 ,并按年龄组进行乳腺疾病的分析。结果本组180例乳腺中正常12例、炎症性病变4例 ,恶性病变8例 ,其他良性改变156例。结论(1)国产高频钼靶乳腺X线机临床应用符合临床诊断要求 ;(2)国产乳腺X线设备的性能及售后服务有待进一步提高 ;(3)乳腺X线检查能提高乳腺疾病的诊治水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnoses technique of breast disease.Materials and Methods The finding is anaˉlyzed from mediolateral-oblique(MLO)and cranio-caudal(CC)images of180female patients aged from17to73.All cases are classified and analyzed according to patient’s age.These films are all obtained with homemade BM-2B high-frequency molybdenummammogram X-ray machine.Results In the galactophore analysis result.of180cases,12cases are normal,4cases have benignpathological changes.Conclusion(1)domestic high-frequency molybdenum mammogram X-ray machines satisfy the reauirement of clinical application;(2)However,the performance and after-service remain to be improved in the future;(3)Mammogram X-ray examination can find the diagnose breast diseases timely and effiˉciently.更多还原
