【摘要】 目的了解Randox国际质量控制申报方式和操作方法。分析Randox的回报结果。方法Randox国际室间质量控制操作方法及回报结果与国内室间质量控制进行比较 ,分析国内质控范围与国际质控要求的差距。结果在相同时间段 ,Randox国际室间质控的次数比国内多6倍 ;评分要求比国内高1～2个等级。结论要作好国际室间质控 ,必须提高室内质控的精度 ,使室内质控的RCV尽可能与OCV接近和匹配。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv To assess how to register and operate the hematology of the Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme and how to analyze an evaluative response.Methods We compared the RIQAS with the EQA(External Quality Assessment)in China and looked for what the request of the RIQAS is and how many differences there are between the two sorts of Schemes.Results It showed the frequency of joining RIQAS is six times more than the EQA in China during the same period and the value of the RIQAS is one or two grade higher than the EQA in China.Conclusion It is concluded that for raising the grade of the RIQAS we must improve the precision and accuracy of their analytical techniques on the IQC(internal quality control)and try to make the RCV(routine conditions variance)approach the OCV(optimal conditions variance)as it is possible.更多还原
