【摘要】 目的探讨预真空压力灭菌器对密闭容器的灭菌效果。方法将纱布分别放置在密闭和开放的容器内 ,并分为4组。按照不同时限 ,分别用预真空灭菌器和下排汽式灭菌器灭菌 ,利用化学指示卡和生物指示剂观察其灭菌效果。结果各组预真空灭菌法灭菌效果均达100 %。下排气式灭菌器均未达到理想的灭菌效果。结论(1)预真空灭菌器的灭菌效果优于下排气式灭菌器 ;(2)密闭容器应用于预真空灭菌器既可达到理想的灭菌效果 ,又可有效地预防灭菌物品的二次污染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sterilizing effect of the sterilizing pot with fore-vacuum on the article in sealed container.Methods The pieces of gauze were loaded into the sealed and opened containers,which were divided into four-group and sterilized by the sterilizing pot with fore-vacuum(SPFV)and the sterilizing pot with low-vapour(SPLV).The sterilizing effects were observed from the change of chemical and biological card index.Results The best sterilizing effects were achieved by SPFV but SPLV.Conclusions (1)The sterilizing effecte in the group of SPFV were superior to that of SPLV.(2)The articles in the sealed container could be sterilized completely by the SPFV,and prevented from bacterial contamination once again.更多还原
