焦炭塔材料球化程度计算模型研究
Calculation Model Research on the Spheroidized Materials of Coking Tower
【摘要】 本文利用在已使用 2 7年的焦炭塔上割取的腰鼓变形严重部位的板材 ,切割成条块后放入热处理炉中进行不同球化程度的热处理 ,研究材质老化程度对各种性能的影响 ,得出材质的性能是焦炭塔寿命的决定性影响因素 ,并利用老化过程中珠光体球化转变的动力学给出剩余寿命的计算模型
【Abstract】 This article used the plate, which is cut into strips from the seriously deforming part of the rejected coking tower used for twenty-seven years, to be heat-treated into different spheroidization-degree samples in furnace. The effects of the aging degree of materials on properties were investigated. We can get that the performance of materials is the most critical influencing factor of the coking tower’s life span. From the view of material aging and the transition dynamics of spheroidization of pearlite,the calculation mode of residual life of coking tower was got.
