压力容器用爆炸焊接复合板界面缺陷测试分析
Testing and Analyzing the Micro Defects in Interface of the Cladding Plate Using by Pressure Vessel
【摘要】 通过SA2 6 6 - 30 4压力容器用爆炸焊接复合板界面测试分析 ,发现符合国家标准的复合板由于界面仍存在“缝隙”、“空洞物”、“过渡区域”等几种微观缺陷 ,使得复合板在后续热处理、轧、校、卷以及使用过程中易出现开裂失效。为了消除这种失效 ,可采用一种特殊的爆炸焊接工艺获得的微小波状界面复合板 ,大大减少了这些微观缺陷 ,提高了界面结合强度。
【Abstract】 By testing and analyzing the interface of cladding plate(SA266-304) using by pressure vessel, it is found that there are still micro defects such as“seam”,“hole” and “transition zone” etc for the cladding plate which is up to the standard. Those micro defects make the cladding plate failure after hot treatment, rolling, smoothing, curling and in the course of using. To eliminating the failure, a kind of special technology and parameter of explosive welding is adopted, and the interface of cladding plate are micro and small wave. So the strength of the interface is improved greatly.
