金属波纹管固溶处理前后金相组织的改变及其对波纹管抗应力腐蚀性能的影响
Microstructure Change Before and After the Solution Treatment of Metallic Bellows and Its Influence to the Capability of Anticorro sion of Bellows
【摘要】 对不同成形方式的金属波纹管进行固溶处理前后的金相组织分析和应力腐蚀试验 ,并对测试结果进行比较 ,得出不锈钢金相组织的改变对波纹管抗应力腐蚀破裂性能起到了实质性的影响 ,并证实了固溶处理是改善不锈钢波纹管抗应力腐蚀破裂的有效方法之一。
【Abstract】 Before and after the solution treatment, the stress corrosion cracking testing and the analysis of the microstructure were done after the stainless steel bellows had manufactured by different cold working methods. Through comparing of the different results, the author analyzed the influence of the microstructure changing to the capability of anticorrosion of the bellows after they were shaped, and made sure that solution treatment is one of a effective method for meliorating the anticorrosion capability of the stainless steel bellows.
