模拟催化再生器介质条件下的16MnR钢应力腐蚀开裂试验研究
Experimental Research on SCC of 16MnR Steel under the Simulated Fluid Condition of Catalytic Regenerator
【摘要】 本文在模拟催化再生器介质条件下的硝酸盐环境中 ,对 16MnR钢及其焊接接头进行了SSRT试验 ,并用WOL试样测试了模拟条件下的 16MnR钢及焊缝金属的KISCC值与da/dt平台值 ,在对试验现象及开裂机理讨论的基础上 ,提出了开裂预防的建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper SSRT tests were conducted on 16MnR steel and its welded joint in nitrate environment that simulates the fluid condition of catalytic regenerator and the value of K ISCC and plateau value of da/dt of 16MnR and weld metal under the simulated condition were measured using WOL specimens, and suggestions about cracking prevention were proposed based on the discussion about test phenomena and cracking mechanism.
