大直径BHW-35壳体的窄间隙埋弧焊工艺
Narrow Gap Submerged Arc Welding for Major Diametral Shell Made of BHW-35
【摘要】 详细介绍了低合金高强钢BHW - 35壳体的窄间隙埋弧焊工艺及试验 ,根据试验结果制订施焊工艺 ,并成功用于大直径气化炉壳体的焊接。
【Abstract】 Technical process and test of narrow gap submerged arc welding was introduced in detail.According to the result of test,welding procedure was designed and welding for major diametral shell of gasifier was applied successfuly.
