加氢反应器h型锻件与裙座连接侧厚度的确定
Determination of Connecting Thickness on H-type Forge Piece to Skirt of Hydrogenation Reactor
【摘要】 采用有限元法对加氢反应器h型锻件与筒体、封头及裙座连接区进行了机械应力与温度应力分析 ,并对关键位置进行了应力评定 ,发现h型锻件与裙座连接侧的厚度不能仅根据JB4 710—1992《钢制塔式容器》确定的裙座厚度决定 ,而应按分析设计的观点进行应力分析 ,以充分考虑h型锻件与裙座间变形协调所引起的边缘应力及温度应力 ,进而确定h型锻件与裙座连接侧的合理厚度。
【Abstract】 Mechanical and thermal stresses were analyzed and assessed with FEM for the connecting region of h-type forge piece to cylinder,spherical head and skirt in the hydrogenation reactor. It was founded that the connecting thickness of the h-type forge piece to the skirt is not reasonable if it is only determined by the skirt thickness deduced from the code JB4710-1992“Steel tower vessel”. The reasonable connecting thickness should be based on further stress analysis and assess,in which boundary stress from displacement agreement and thermal stress may be fully considered.
