【Abstract】 The suppose of human nature is one of the premises of any management theory. Both the deep knowledge of human nature and the scientific suppose of human nature which is suitable to present society are the premise of scientific management. The history of traditional Chinese Confucian culture’s development is the history of development of Chinese antique theory of human nature. So it is very important to study the human nature management ideas of Chinese Confucian to find the Chinese characteristic theories of management.更多还原
