神经元网络在钢淬透性计算中的应用
Application of neural network in calculation of steel quenching degree
【摘要】 钢淬透性的定量计算在结构件钢种的设计与制造中具有重要意义。淬透性主要取决于钢的化学成分和钢的组织结构。精确描述淬透性与钢的化学成分和钢的组织结构之间的关系是非常困难的,传统方法是采用一些经验公式。本文采用神经元网络计算方法,利用此方法的优点来克服传统方法的不足,提高钢淬透性计算的精度。
【Abstract】 Quantitative calculation of steel quenching degree has very important significance for design and manufacture of steel species applied to structure. Quenching degree is mainly determined by chemical composition and organization structure of steel.It is very difficult to describe the relation between quenching degree and chemical composition and organization structure of steel accurately.Some experiential formulas have been adopted in traditional methods. Neural network calculation method is used in our work and can overcome deficiency of some traditional methods and improve calculation accuracy of steel quenching degree.
