【摘要】 目的　研究丹参注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆异构前列腺素的影响。方法　对 5 6例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组予丹参注射液治疗 ,对照组予鲁南欣康注射液治疗 ,测定治疗前后的血浆内异构前列腺素的含量变化。结果　治疗组予丹参注射液治疗后血浆内异构前列腺素水平明显下降 ,与治疗前比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ;与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　丹参注射液治疗心绞痛作用机制与抗自由基损伤有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of SM injection to isoprostanes of plasma for patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients of control group were applied with isosorbide mononitrate for 14 days. Patients of experimental group were applied with SM for 14 days.We measured markers of oxidative (isoprostanes) before and after injection.Results There was significant difference of 8-iso-PGF 2α before and after injection in experimental group(P<0.05).There was significant difference of 8-iso-PGF 2α between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutical effect of SM injection to CHD partly is dependent on antioxidation.更多还原
