【Abstract】 Along with the soaring development of Internet economy comes a novel form of organization—the virtual R&D organization (VRDO). It is also called dynamic R&D alliance or innovation network,which has extensively drawn the world’s attention right after its emergence. Relevant theoretic and positive studies have now gradually been carried out. Focusing on the discussion over the knowledge transferring mechanism of VRDO,it carries the study from governance structure in the aims to gather up the threads of various researches in this field,to display its latest achievements,to show the key and difficult points of this subject ,and to put forward its future research trend through the summary of relevant literature.更多还原
