【摘要】 科技期刊编辑的创造力是一种潜在的资源 ;分析了影响创造力开发的思想认识、知识结构、能力和人格等因素 ,目的在于尽可能地挖掘科技期刊编辑的创造潜能。

【Abstract】 Creativity of editors of sci-tech is a kind of potential source. The writer analyzes the factors which affect the development of creativity of editors of sci-tech.The aim is to explore the sci-tech potential creativity of editor.
