冷连轧机液压APC系统半实物仿真
The Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation of Hydraulic APC System in Tandem Cold-Rolling
【摘要】 液压APC是现代宽带钢冷连轧机组板带质量控制的关键设备之一 ,是一个快速响应的复杂动态系统。调试过程周期长而且风险大。设计的半实物仿真能大大减少调试时间和降低调试风险。以一米七冷连轧机组的液压APC为研究对象 ,建立了液压APC系统的半实物仿真模型并进行了半实物仿真试验 ,试验表明该方法是有效的
【Abstract】 Hydraulic APC system is one of the key equipment for wide strip quality control of modern tandem cold-rolling mill. It is a complex system with critical dynamic characteristics and adjusting the control parameters is time-consuming and of great risk. Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation can reduce development time and ensure safety and reliability of components with complex behavior. A HIL model is presented based on the system in 1700mm tandem cold-rolling mill and a HIL simulation is tested. The result proves that this method is valid.
